A Simple Reminder

I was reminded today to stand in my own light-I am of Light and Love, and when I do not rely on that, I minimize who I am and open myself up to situations/people to cause a shift in my energetic balance. After getting help in releasing some energy that was causing a block, I felt my physical body adjust to my light once again. I gotta tell you all, it felt really good!!!!  It felt as if I was surrounded by a beautiful white cloud-that is the light that surrounds all of us.  Yes, at times all of us forget to stand in our light, for many reasons, all justifiable at the time but still not necessary. We should always be standing in our light-this is where we belong, no matter if we are having a "rough" day, or over the top excellent day! We are made of a vibration that is constantly changing, but we can also decide to let others energy affect us or not. Make a conscious decision to check in with yourself daily, during meditation, grounding or any practice that keeps you heart centered and choose to stand in your light. Your Higher Self is pure light and that light radiates outwards-YOU are that light, YOU are truly heart centered, and YOU can change your energy at any point during your day.
