A Simple Reminder

I was reminded today to stand in my own light-I am of Light and Love, and when I do not rely on that, I minimize who I am and open myself up to situations/people to cause a shift in my energetic balance. After getting help in releasing some energy that was causing a block, I felt my physical body adjust to my light once again. I gotta tell you all, it felt really good!!!!  It felt as if I was surrounded by a beautiful white cloud-that is the light that surrounds all of us.  Yes, at times all of us forget to stand in our light, for many reasons, all justifiable at the time but still not necessary. We should always be standing in our light-this is where we belong, no matter if we are having a "rough" day, or over the top excellent day! We are made of a vibration that is constantly changing, but we can also decide to let others energy affect us or not. Make a conscious decision to check in with yourself daily, during meditation, grounding or any practice that keeps you heart centered and choose to stand in your light. Your Higher Self is pure light and that light radiates outwards-YOU are that light, YOU are truly heart centered, and YOU can change your energy at any point during your day.

Reiki Bowl Ceremony

Here is the info regarding Reiki Burning Bowl. A Reiki Burning Bowl Ceremony can be done with Reiki, or without. You can do this on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, at night or during the day. To set up your Ceremony, find a fireproof bowl (I use an Abalone Shell), get some sacred medicine to burn-Sage, Cedar or Lemongrass, a bucket of water, matches or a lighter, and the 2 papers with your intentions written on them. On the first paper, write down everything that you want to release from your life and energy from the past year. On the second paper, write down your intentions of what you see happening in your life for the next year-in list form or affirmations. Keep it simple. If you are Reiki attuned, or you have a friend joining you with Reiki, infuse the area (outside) that you will be using with Reiki. If you are attuned to Reiki Symbols, draw those around the area and into the bowl. If there is no Reiki available, just call in your Guides, Angels and loved ones through prayer and ask them for support and blessing during the Ceremony. Once the area, bowl, papers and yourself are blessed with Light, pray for the best outcome with your Intentions and show gratitude for the past year. Then go into a quiet, meditative state (making sure you are grounded) and burn the first paper of what you intend to release. Afterwards, check to see if you are grounded and burn the second paper full of Intentions for 2015. The sacred smoke created by the burning will take the Intentions from you into the Universe to be activated and turned into light. Take the ashes from the Ceremony and return them to Mother Earth-in your Herb Garden, lawn, potted plants, etc. Then make an offering to all of the Light Beings that supported you through the Ceremony. You can use tobacco, a snip of your hair, some of your dinner or whatever comes into your mind. Leave this outside in the Ceremony area in gratitude for what has just occurred. Feel free to use this information and create your type of Ceremony, be sure to do it in Light and Love.

Ahhhhhh yes, we are at that time once again......whip up your New Year's Resolutions! Pressure, pressure, pressure! Nope-put that down with love Instead, try this on for size-what are you manifesting currently that can continue forward after January 1, 2015? And what are you releasing into the energy of 2014?? The world does not stop at 11:59 pm 12/31/14-it continues on into a new day-no pressure, right?! For example-I am releasing self criticism (been working on that for a couple weeks), ego centered people (done with that), and old boundaries on my personal and professional life (which equals huge growth). What I am currently manifesting is love and light in every aspect of my life, limitless expansion in my business (watch out for some big announcements!), and authenticity in all aspects of my life. Clearly, I cannot do one without releasing the opposite. Tonite is my deadline for releasing-my Guides tend to put their foot down if I think to heavily or try to rework situations! LOL I will be doing a Reiki Bowl Ceremony with my daughter in order to release and grow into yet another level of light and love . I will post later regarding the beloved Reiki Bowl Ceremony-very powerful and special! But most of all, I wish all of you a gentle and beautiful New Year, no matter how you celebrate it!
