Reiki is an energy based technique that aids the body in healing itself by releasing stress and tension, creating deep relaxation. Reiki is  a warm, gentle radiance flowing through and around a person, treating the body, mind, emotions and Spirit as a whole.

Are you interested in receiving a Level 1 Reiki Attunement? Then this is the class for you 

You will be learning the history of Reiki, what it is all about, and how to perform self-treatments and treatments on others.

Happy New Year

Now we enter the time of the year for" New Year's Resolutions"....What is that all about?? Lose weight, give up chocolate, etc., etc. Why not make it all about letting go? Look at 2011 and see what did not work for you-short temper (anger), perfectionism (control), judgement (ego)-let go of those aspects of your life. Next? What do you want to bring into 2012? Peace, joy, humble nature, prosperity in every corner of your life, accepting what is beneficial to you, no fear of letting go of negative people, places or things....Toss it around, see if it will work for you, it works for me ♥

Reiki Class!!!

I am holding a Reiki Level 1 Class on Saturday, December 3rd, from 11-2. It will be at The Center, 1233 W. Shaw Ave., #105, Fresno. If you are interested in being attuned to Reiki energy to do self treatments or treatments on others, this class will be what you need!
