Blessed New Year

I wish each & every one of you a blessed & safe New Year! I plan on being in Ceremony later tonite to release all that I don't wish to bring into tomorrow. Tomorrow is yet another new beginning, another new day to begin in gratitude for waking up, knowing that I can choose which way the day will go. The first of many days of 2025, but it's only the first & I will revel in that instead of putting pressure on myself to fit into goals for the entire year. I'm not one for resolutions, pressure to do something every day or fulfilling goals all year no matter what. Instead, I look at what I want to bring into my ongoing life & what I choose to not have in my life that didn't do me any good previously. I continually choose to not have stress in my life, which means that I continually choose to have gratitude, creativity, Spiritual growth, business growth & expansion, optimum health, family time & love. What does that look like? I have no idea😂 But that's ok! Because this is how I choose to live my life-not an entire year of my life, but a mindful day of my life, then the next day & the day after that. I hope that if any of you have "resolutions" that they are soft & gentle on you & that there's no unattainable pressure & stress involved.

Sunday Yoga

Hello All! 

For those of you who did not know-I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for the last couple of years. I spent the years of the Pandemic studying with Yogamu organization located in India, and I fell in love with my Instructors Nikolai & Deepok, their sweet Souls and their integrity & love for Yoga. I still study with them currently, taking my Yoga practice & teachings to a higher level than I thought I could. I am grateful that the Angels made this possible for me, although I was a bit shocked when the Intention that I set for bringing Yoga into my healing center manifested as me being the Instructor! It has been an honor to witness my fellow Yogis grow confidence in their Kriyas, Pranayama, Mudras & Chanting. There are no fast movements (except Breath of Fire) in Kundalini Kriyas, and it based on the original Yoga, which is Hatha Yoga, combined with Breathwork, hand positions known as Mudras and beautiful Chanting.  I feel the need to write about this due to the recent controversy regarding Kundalini Yoga & Yogi Bhajan, which since I was not involved in his teachings, I do not know the real truths & will not judge or assume anything about it. Instead, I pray for those who went through his program and were highly affected by it-both positively and negatively. I can only hope that they still have a love for Yoga and can heal from any wrongdoings that occurred.  Although his own style of Kundalini Yoga is much different from the original brought forward by Swami Vivekananda, it does have benefits as well. If you practice Kriyas from Yogi Bhajan Instructors, I ask that you dig deep before you dump your practice-if it has made a positive shift in your life & you remain unaffected by it all, keep going. There are also some great Instructors on YouTube that have integrated his Kriyas into their work-Brett Larkin, Allie Von Fossen to name a couple of them!

Blessed Fall Equinox

Blessed Fall Equinox, which has many beautiful names, arrives 9/22 approx 5:43am Pst., bringing a day balanced with equal parts of light & dark (day and night). A time to harvest with gratitude what has manifested, and reflect back what has occurred this year thus far. A time of abundance before the nites get longer, deeper into Shadow season, hibernation throughout the Winter months. Note what is occurring in Nature, the Animal & Plant kingdoms-we can flow along with Mother Earth, the surrounding Nature we live in. Our Cycles may begin to integrate, creating a more beneficial physical flow due to that energetic flow & connection with Mother Earth. Fall Equinox is the gateway into the next season, just as with Winter Solstice. What are you grateful for, what hasn't manifested & has no growth, what do you not want to take into the next season with you-feel the balance of day & nite with Equinox. Sleep patterns change, with more restful sleep & luscious naps, we can become more grounded due to our circadian rhythm balancing more and more towards the end of the year. Celebrate the longest day tomorrow, feel the Sun's prana flow over you, head to toe, eat the late berries, they seem sturdier, not as sweet-but we don't know if we will have fresh during the winter, so we still enjoy them! I love to cut flowers from my garden before I contemplate on when I will make changes for the winter-it is the perfect time to step into that frequency. I wish you a wonderful Fall Equinox & blessings of gratitude for co creating a higher frequency for All.
