June 20th marks Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere 7 beginning of Summer, shortest day in the Southern Hemisphere. It is either the beginning of Summer or the end-a time of action and fire or a time of hibernation and stillness. The power of the Sun is neverending and powerful, used for electricity, growth & renewal or the beginning of days. 

In Tarot, the Sun card represents freedom, joy, fun, renewal, manifestation, energy & action. It is the light of all, warming everything including the Soul. The Sun is necessary for life to be abundant and grow into existence, showing the manifestations of all work started in the months prior to now. It balances the light and dark energies-the Yin/Yang, Shadow & Soul. This is your time to shine!!!!!!

Fire is the main element of the Sun, the Summer-no matter how hot it is, do you still enjoy a bonfire at the end of a beautiful Summer day? Yes! It is the fire of life that gets ignited on Solstice, reminding us that we too have a fire in our Soul, in our gut, the fire of Creation in the Sacral Chakra. Many connect SS to the Solar Plexus Chakra, but I look at the Sacral Chakra and the fire within that we are reminded of during this special time of the year. 

Sacral energy is all about creation, fire, focus-we tend to have more free time during the summer; from school, work, escapes that are Summer vacations. The excitement we feel at the beginning of Summer is what carries us through the freedom of Summer, yes, even in 2020 with all the chaos going on. Fire Agate is one of my favorite Crystals for SS as it is even more powerful than its beginning as Carnelian. It reminds me of the fire and heat of Summer, fully ignited on June 20, 2020. 

Sit with the energy of the Sun card, infuse your light with the frequency of Fire Agate (if you don’t have any, simply ask for the frequency to flow through you), look at what you have put in place to manifest and enjoy, and most importantly look at what you would like to throw in the fire to transform the energy into light!

How We Sense

The ‘Clairs’ of the Spiritual World are how we sense the energies around us. I find that there tends to be much frustration during Spiritual growth due to the misunderstanding of the Clairs, because we all speak and perceive differently. As I see it, how we sense different frequencies/energies is how our Soul and Spirit communicate with us. We are all capable of aligning with the 7 or more Clairs, since they are an inherent part of us, most are dormant until we ascend into a higher frequency. Sensing is dealing with frequencies that oscillate faster than the speed of light or sound, there is absolutely nothing intellectual or physical about it. 

For example, Clairvoyance is Vision-sight through the 3rd Eye and Crown Chakras, dreams, astral travel, orbs, flashing or sparkly lights, shadows, colors, etc. The key to understanding and tapping into this Clair is to realize that what you are ‘seeing’ is an energetic image in your head Chakras, not ‘seeing’ with your physical eyes. It is the same as imagining/daydreaming about your dream car-you imagine all the details, colors, size, brand, engine size, sound, smell, everything. And you see it in your mind! This is how Clairvoyance occurs as your Guides and Soul present you with an image in your mind’s eye. This can also be a downfall for many as they question if it is only imagination or truly Clairvoyance. My answer is to trust your intuition and think about if you could actually imagine what you are seeing. Chakras associated with Clairvoyance are 3rd Eye, Crown, Causal and High Mind. Crystals that clear and support this Clair are Amethyst, Moonstone, Clear Quartz, Eudialyte, Magenta Fluorite and Lepidolite. 

Clairsentience is Feeling-frequencies of people, places and things. The difference between this and Empath is that an Empath can perceive the frequencies as their own and even take on felt frequencies and become overwhelmed.  Feeling is sensing the presence of Guides, Angels, Emotions, Disease, changes in Temperature and Air in a room, others Auras. It is a form of Empathy, only much more controlled and grounded in perception, making it easier and quicker to sense what is going on and knowing that your emotions are not being affected by it. The Chakras associated with Clairsentience are Heart and High Heart. Crystals that can clear and support this are Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Watermelon Tourmaline, Rhodochrosite, Jade, Pink Kunzite and Ruby. 

Claircognizance is Knowing-intuitive, not knowing how you know it, channeling messages from Guides, having that ‘I knew it!’ feeling, intuitively knowing something that you know absolutely nothing about. Medical Mediums and Trance Channels are examples of this Clair. Chakras associated with this are Crown, Causal, Soul Star & Stellar Gateway. Crystals that can clear and support this are Apophyllite, Sugilite, Amethyst, Blue Kyanite, Ajoite, Papagoite and Celestite. 

Clairaudience is Hearing-receiving sounds, verbal messages, high pitched ringing, static, white noise, bells, a voice calling your name, telepathy and voices other than your own. Your Soul assists with perception of these messages and sounds and you are then able to have clarity around this. Chakra associated with this Clair are Ear Chakras above each eyebrow. Crystals that can clear and support Clairaudience are Phantom Quartz, Ametrine, and Blue Kyanite. 

Clairgustance is Taste-perception of a certain taste in your mouth that is sensed with the help of your Guides. This ‘taste’ then leads you to a message or validation of a thought. Many Mediums have this Clair, which supports the validation of who they are Channeling. Chakras associated with this Clair are Throat and 3rd Eye. Crystals are Clear Quartz, Clear Calcite, Larimar, Aquamarine and Azurite. 

Clairsalience is Smell-receiving images with scents that validate or remind you of a Person, Place, Thing or Time in your life that is relevant to what is for your highest good at any moment. Many Mediums also have this Clair to validate who is coming forward during a reading. You may also ‘smell’ your cat when your cat is not with you or may be deceased, this reminds you of the love and connection you have or had with the cat. Chakras associated with this Clair are Throat and Causal. Crystals that can clear and support Clairalience are Larimar, Aquamarine, Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz and Smoky Quartz. 

Clairtangency-Psychometry, feeling and sensing the energetic imprint left on an inanimate object. Mediums tend to have this Clair and hold an object that once belonged to who or what they are communicating with. There are energetic imprints on every object from the owner, or whomever had an object last. At times there are layers upon layers of energy involved on objects, with the most dominant one being sensed at any moment. Chakras associated with this Clair are Hand, 3rd Eye and Crown. Crystals that can clear and support Clairtangency are Smoky Quartz, Rainbow Fluorite, Azurite, Amethyst and Sugilite. 

As you can see, there are many ways in which you can ‘Sense’ life and your Guides presence, and maybe you even know that you have 1 or all of these Clairs. They can be used to soothe, ground and support decisions and Spiritual Growth-always for the highest good and not for personal gain. When working with your Clairs it is also important to ground yourself before, during and after-Lodestone, Hematite or Black Tourmaline are best for this.

My Thoughts on this Pandemic

As soon as I heard about a Virus in China that was killing thousands and spreading ruthlessly to other Countries, I thought to myself-oh man, that is awful. It had soon shut down Italy and Spain and was beginning to show up in NYC; then all hell broke loose. Being a human, I responded in the only way I knew how, thinking what the heck is going on. Being a Healer and a Spiritualist, I knew what was going on-a complete and drastic period of Global change and ascension! 

I was like the rest of you-thinking why is everyone buying toilet paper?!?! Then I found some toilet paper, and intuitively knew we were in for something huge, and I was triggered from being in the 1989 earthquake in the Bay Area. Panicked, I bought toilet paper-not enough, but I bought some. I became a little panicked the more I found out and the more messages I channeled from the Angels-I was in the high risk category, along with my daughter. That panic wore off quick once I realized the rules and became grateful for them. I let go of that fear and settled in nicely to being sheltered in place for a openended period of time. That is a snapshot of the beginning of the Pandemic for me……

Knowing the bigger plan, and being very excited about it, I am hunkered down pretty good with my daughter, as my husband is an ‘essential worker’, and works everyday. I revel in the quiet of the house as well as my gardens-the new types of  birds, animals, smell of food cooking and children laughing during Homeschool Recess. Most of all I enjoy life coming to an abrupt stop and making a sharp right turn into the unknown. I speak to the Angels often about the changes I am feeling-complete financial reconstruction for all, simplification of life, Institutions coming to an end, new Educational programs surfacing, authentic relationships being the standard, and Healing going deeper than ever before. We are in a Period of Enlightenment-Paradigm Shifts happening daily, frequencies reaching new heights, people growing Spiritually in huge leaps and bounds, and some staying deep in their own low frequency in order to not only decide if they will stay this lifetime, but also to provide a balance to the higher frequencies being assimilated. The Angels used to speak often of their excitement at watching bright lights slowly pop on all over Earth, knowing that humans were growing Spiritually. Now, the Angels are overjoyed at the Global Ascension/Enlightenment happening, knowing that finally the World will grow in ways in which a Human could never imagine! What else could prompt this growth than a Pandemic? Yes, people are dying daily, but that is in their Life Chart, and for them, it is time. Others aren’t following the “rules”, and ruining it for everyone-yes, and no. Part of growth is resistance due to pain, fear, denial and anger at letting go of what was once there. Those with a weaker or no Spiritual connection are part of that resistance-rebelling against order and change, fear of losing what they have, and being prideful. This is also part of the balance, they are balancing out the peace with chaos and lower frequencies which is a huge lesson for them. How else would a Global financial market be changed, or a Global Medical system find its flaws and be forced to improvise and even do out of the box thinking in order to cure a disease? How else would Oceans clear and bring back long gone fish and animals? The list goes on and on…...

THIS is what is happening-the way we used to think and go about life was not beneficial for our Ascension, no matter what that looked like. Now, we have been stripped of almost everything, except first and foremost, our Spirituality, our communication skills, our family, our work, our finances and our everyday lives. Yes, we are in the process of living life more fully and being present like we are supposed to be. Healers, Leaders of Churches, Homeopaths, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists among others will be seen in a different light. They will be brought into Medical Practices that have been completely reconstructed to include them, they will be respected by Scientists and Medical Associations, as well as sought after by more and more of the Public for Healing. 

My work has changed, my thought process has changed, my daily Yoga practice and meditation has changed. My Family has changed, my ideology around money has changed. It has all changed-for the better, and trust me it is currently changing for you too and will bring you aspects of life that will astound you!!!!! 

I realize not everyone is like me, and  I am compassionate to those who are in fear and anxiety. My thoughts are not everyone’s thoughts-I don’t get lost in Politics or daily numbers of death and even survival, but I am aware of it all happening and pray and meditate for those who are open to receive. It is all about balance-consumption, emotions, priorities and beliefs. To me, that describes Peace; many aspects of life supporting others, just as we can support those who want it during this time. Check in on your friend who is a single parent, check in on an Elder, on your neighbors, and most importantly check in with Yourself as You are the Leader in this moment of time.
